We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return. Because our great values change frequently as we locate new and exciting deals for you, our 30-day returns gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. If you choose to use the UPS return label from your packing slip, a discounted return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Using the UPS Return Label
Save money and use the UPS return label from your packing slip to return your package via UPS. Simply attach the UPS return label to your return package and bring it to any UPS drop-off location. You won't pay for return shipping up front; instead, a discounted shipping charge will be deducted from the amount of your refund (AK & HI: air shipping rates apply).
|If you prefer, you may use the carrier of your choice. In that case, simply address your return package to the PumpkinFormal.com return address shown at the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. Please note that the UPS return label is only valid for use at UPS. Return shipping is at your expense.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

- Fill out the return section on the back of the packing slip that came with your order, including the appropriate Reason Code for each item you are returning.
- We suggest that you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip for your records.
- If you are using UPS to return your merchandise, please use the UPS return label from the front of your packing slip on your return package. A discounted shipping charge will be deducted from your refund (AK & HI: air shipping rates apply). If you are using any other carrier, please address your package to the PumpkinFormal.com address located on the front of your packing slip.
- Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box.
- If you are using UPS, attach the UPS return label to your package and make a note of the tracking number on the label for your reference. Ship your return package using UPS or the carrier of your choice. To locate the UPS drop-off location nearest you, visit www.ups.com. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

- We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
In order to return your jewelry purchase for credit, the item must be in its original condition with any boxes or packaging that accompanied it. If the jewelry arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. Sorry, no exceptions. Follow the Directions for General Returns above.

Directions for Special Returns
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
PumpkinFormal.com strives to offer you great merchandise up to 70% off everyday. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from PumpkinFormal.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
